Experience

Production operations is the foundation.

My path starts with infrastructure and operators, which is why I treat reliability as part of the design — not a cleanup task after launch.

01

Production foundations

17+ years building and operating web and infrastructure systems. Hosting operations, Linux administration, cPanel / WHM / WHMCS, migrations, deployments, incidents, and the practical work of keeping services running.

02

Operating at the seams

Hundreds of websites and production environments made the trade-offs concrete: backups, permissions, billing integrations, DNS, email, vendor limitations, and the difference between a demo and a service people rely on.

03

AI-native platform work

Today I apply that operational mindset to internal platforms: FastAPI and Next.js applications, PostgreSQL / pgvector, queues, Redis, agents, provider integrations, audit trails, cost observability, and human-in-the-loop workflows.

What that looks like in practice

Infrastructure migrations and long-running production operations

Internal operational platforms that consolidate fragmented workflows

Event-driven services, queues, retries, monitoring, and recovery paths

AI features that preserve authoritative data, review, and auditability
